Um...where I wrote, "which they usually are," etc., below? I was referring to generic pulled pork sandwiches, not Sessano's... Sessano's are absolutely the best!!!

Okay, well I was in yesterday (Friday 11/6) for the very first time and bought a "hot pork to go." (I couldn't decide between that & a zep.) Well, WOW. It was - really was - the best porchetta I've had that I can remember! ...Perfectly seasoned/not too salty at all (which they usually are), just juicy enough (not dripping all over the place, which they usually do), and I didn't have to "look for the meat" (other than that which dropped on my lap then fell on the floor).
